This policy describes the collection, use, sharing and safeguarding of information in accordance with the laws of India.

2. Information we collect

When you communicate directly with us, we may receive personal information such as your name, email address, contact number, address and details relevant to your solar requirement.

The website enquiry forms collect contact details, location, property or business information, electricity-bill range and optional project context. Submitted enquiries are validated on our website server, saved in a private Google Sheet and sent to our sales team by email for follow-up. The website does not offer account registration, online orders or payment collection.

To limit automated or excessive submissions, our server derives a keyed identifier from the connection IP address. The identifier, rather than the raw IP address, is sent to the Google script for rate-limit counters. Counters are replaced when a later submission enters a new time window. We do not request sensitive personal data or payment details through the enquiry forms. Please do not include these in free-text messages. If sensitive personal data or information is necessary for an agreed service, its purpose and explicit consent must be addressed before collection.

3. How we use your information

Information received directly from you may be used to respond to your enquiry, provide customer support and discuss or deliver the agreed solar-service scope. This website does not match end users with installers or manufacturers, manage customer accounts or process orders.

Submitting an enquiry asks our team to contact you about that request. It does not subscribe you to marketing. Contact details may be used for important service-related updates. If you allow Analytics, Google Analytics measures page visits and successful enquiries to help us understand website use. 4. Information sharing and disclosure

For information provided directly to the company, trusted support providers may assist with website operation or delivery of agreed services. Enquiry processing uses Vercel hosting/server functions and Google Apps Script, Google Sheets and Google email sending. Submitted details are stored in the company's private enquiry spreadsheet and emailed to sales@synergys.co.in. Our sales mailbox may reply using the customer email provided with the enquiry. For an enquiry, the spreadsheet also records the landing page, allowlisted UTM source/medium/campaign labels, the selected residential location area and the Analytics/Marketing consent states. Google or Meta click identifiers are included only when Marketing consent is enabled. These attribution fields are sent with the enquiry to help the team understand campaign source; they are not sent as contact-event parameters. A name beginning with “TEST” is marked as a test lead.

Optional tracking is managed through Google Tag Manager and uses Google Analytics, Google Ads measurement and Meta Pixel only when the corresponding choice is enabled. These providers may process browser/device information, connection IP addresses, campaign click identifiers and their own cookie identifiers. Information may be disclosed if required by law or in response to legal processes, including court orders, subpoenas or government investigations.

Changing a choice after tracking has loaded reloads the page to stop previously loaded trackers; unsent form details may be lost.
